Plain Goods without Customisation

Typically, plain goods are dispatched within 3-7 working days, unless specified on the product. If there are any stock issues or delays at time of ordering you will be notified and where necessary, an alternative product will be suggested. Delivery is always next working day by ParcelForce and fully tracked for your peace of mind.

Customised Goods

Production time for personalised garments is 7-10 working days. This is an estimated delivery time frame and gives us adequate time to send our customers artwork proofs and  create digitised logo files and run samples to ensure quality replication.
A delay in approval being given or any changes and amendments could result in delivery being longer than initially expected. However, we will always do everything in our power to get an order to you as soon as possible and will keep you informed of the estimated delivery date throughout the order process.
